I purchased the shaggy angora goat on the wood mount for a gift for my neice. Loved how the wood grain comes through on the print. Excellent purchase! Would definitely purchase again.

This looks gorgeous printed on wood. It is now hanging on my therapy office wall and is perfect. The color is true to the photo. I love it.
Artist's Description
Grauvogel-Gall fossil collection. French palaeontologist Lea Grauvogel-Stamm (born 1940) with plant, fish and scorpion fossils from the collection she maintains. She obtained her doctorate in 1978 from the University of Strasbourg. The fossils are found in clay and sandstone layers in quarries in the Vosges mountain range, France, deposited by ancient rivers. They date from 240 million years ago, during the Triassic. One of the world's largest private collections of fossils, the Grauvogel-Gall collection is named for the Grauvogels and palaeontologist Jean-Claude Gall. It includes fossils discovered by Grauvogel-Stamm's father Louis Grauvogel.
